I have get a reliance jio sim on 24 August 2016 under Reliance Jio Preview offer on my samsung galaxy j7 2016. My sim is not processed and activated. I have not get any information from the sim distributor. They are not giving to any answer. I have a very bad experience at reliance store. I have submitted my aadhar card w along with photo at reliance store. MY jio no. 7009956750. My alternate no. is 9569451731. Plz look the matter and activate my sim as soon as possible
