I bought a lyf water 5 mobile with a jio sim. All the process including tele-verification has been completed. And I also downloaded all apps from my jio app. Now the problem is in the my jio app, I couldn’t sign in as I did not get a verification link in my mail. There are no mails from jio in my inbox as well as the spam. And there is no sign of any network in my phone even after proper verification. I couldn’t understand why!!!
