Sir,

My name is Susheel Thakur and iam from Hyderabad. I bought reliance wifi device along with 2 sim cards on 28th Aug 2016 from Reliance Digital stores at Attapur, Hyderabad.

I submitted all relevant proof of address like driving licence, PAN Card, electricity bill. Since then not less than 3 times i’ve been to Reeliance Digital store at Attapur Hyderabad. Telangana state.

I request full refund of device cost for Rs 2900/- as i am fed up following up wit your customer service staff who were rude to me and md. Sohail store manager ask me to do what ever i want …this is no where i expect from reliance. Iam British citizen with OCI and iam going to International consumer rights protection cell and Consumer Court Hyderabad to register a formal complaint unless i get favourable response in next 72hours.

I can be contacted on my mobile. I urge discplinary action against your staff and store manager at Attapur, Hyderabad.
