Good day, my name is apoorv, i bought Reliance jio sim on 29-Aug-2016 and i was promised it to be in active condition within 48hours. I spoke to customer care they said again 24 hrs it will take for activation and still its not activated. I am calling customer care number but no-one is coming in contact. My registered complaint number for jio sim in customer service is SR0000018CIM and my jio number is 7007565818
Kindly resolve my problem and activate my sim as soon as possible.
