My name is ravi yadav, i bought Reliance jio sim on 26-Aug-2016 and i was promised it to be in active condition within 48hours. I spoke to customer care they said again 24 hrs it will take for activation and still its not activated. I am calling customer care number but no-one is coming in contact. My registered order number is NO04QW4B0000 and my jio number is 7007565818
Kindly resolve my problem and activate my sim as soon as possible.
