I have taken sim one week ago from digital express mini, ajoy nagar, kolkata-700075, WB but it has not been activated yet. Today on 8th of september i enquired about activation then the person insisted me for bring any local person so that i could get sim on his/her name. I am outstation customer and provided my aadhaar card and local reference including name, address and mobile no of the local reference.
