Reliance jio — non activation of simcard

Sir
I purchased a lyf flame8 phone from flipkart in new delhi on 19 august 2016. My jio no is 7011649980. My card is not yet activated. The flipkart is not helping and telling me every time that they have forwarded to reliance now they cannot do anything.
Will you please take immediate action and activate my sim card
