I am totally frustrated by their poor customer service(jio data) First, they take a million years to activate the goddamn jio sim (didn’t work for me yet), second the stupid 198 code just keeps me waiting like a dork, third, this is like one of those days when you totally regret doing something, buying the sim in the first place. My email hasn’t been verified yet by the useless jio app. I keep trying to contact the consumer support for help in vain. You know what. If I were to rate you outta ten, you would be getting -10/10. Yep, that’s how bummed I am at their service.
