Sir, I have Samsung j7 phone, and my mobile no.is 9810039361 which is registered my Jio app. state-Haryana, city-Faridabad My jio barcode is 55530504151 the retailer gave me the sim and took my Andhr card copy along with my photo also and told me it will be activated by 15 days, now opening my Jio app and to get Jio sim, It says redeemed
Please hel me in this regard
