I took a portion for rent in the past 4 years in Madhavaram, Chennai. We made a rental agreement and renewed it every year without fail. I vacated the house on 1st of May 2016, but the owner is heavily charging me and deducting from the advance 25000/- I paid. He is charging me to the extent of renovating the portion which is a 17 years old building. He wants everything new. He is ignoring all the conditions we mentioned in that agreement. He is ignorant of what is wear and tear and what is damage to the house.

Till now the dispute has not come to an end. So I request you give a fair judgement in this regard.
