I am Dipak .
I got a mail from retailiya.com for online shopping of well discounted rate Mobile phones. so i book the Iphone 5S 16GB GOLD..
whenever i order that time simultaneously i call them then they told me we cant do cash on delivery system so you have to pay by debit card so i done my Payment of Rs.11450/- by my SBI debit card 18 Sept 2015.
after 3 days whenever i inquire about shipping then they told me we cant delivered your product & refund Your amount By payUbiz.com & then they provide one attached link on my mailID.. but still from 10 days goes i cant get refund as well as Product & now whenever i call to retailiya or payubuz they cant give me the final date of refund or any specific note.
That payment is of my first 2 month salary so it’s too important for me.. so please do need full for me .

so please do some strict action against him & please help me to getting my Payment back..
