I am Vamsi Krishna.

I got a mail from retailiya.com for online shopping of well discounted rate Mobile phones. so i booked the Iphone 6 plus (two pieces) for 36000 rupees on Sept 19th 2015 (Order ID: 95939000000150).
whenever i order that time simultaneously i call them then they told me we cant do cash on delivery system so you have to transfer so i did online transfer to their account (Company A/C NO:- SHOP QUIKR INDIA, BANK A/C :-89663070002333,
IFSC CODE :- SYNB0008966)
Its been 20 days and they not even shipped my order n saying silly reasons.

I can’t wait anymore i need refund
my transaction reference numbers: (IMPS Transfer)
