I gave them token money against a plot in Marunji, Hinjewadi and waited 1 year. I was promised to refund money immediately in case of cancellation from either part at the time of booking. I waited 1 year and they are committing many dates and childish reasons to not refund (indirectly) the money..

Request to all who are suffering like me, let unit and decide the legal course of action against him. This is the only way to restrict them to play with our hard earned money.
