Hi.. I have booked a plot and they said will get the possession in 1 year of time, they have not given possession on time so i have cancelled the booking, its been more than 1 year of time now but i havnt received my amount back yet. Continuously chasing them on weekly basis but still not getting any positive reply from them. Not sure how to deal with them. Please advise.
