Patient got admitted in RJR on 22 March 2025 and discharged on 28 March 2025, per day charge is Rs 5000. So total 7 days 35000 is charged from us, but didnt give any proper receipt for it. They have provided the split up charges in the printed A4 sheet, when i raised a claim with insurance they rejected stating that, this is not the proper bill, we need the actual bill paid receipt either the auto generated or bill book receipt. But RJR is refused to give this bill, when asking for bill book receipt they provided the voucher that too doesnt have any serial no. Its just a kind of paper written only name and amount.
Initially before getting in to admission , hospital authorities told insurance can be claimed and we will provide all necessary details but now they are not ready to provide the bill for Rs.35000, when we enquired about this in the hospital, they are saying like most of the insurance will be rejected.
It would be good, if they can provide the proper receipt for the payment.
