By contacting and offering free presents, they will lure you into purchasing their Christmas package while making numerous false promises.
After you’ve paid, you’re stuck right now.
All of your requests for hotels will be turned down, with justifications such as “this hotel is not available,” etc.
Similar thing occurred to me.
They declined to book me a hotel (which they promised and mentioned on the registration form saying that they might have mentioned by mistake)
Now, when I went to get my refund, they tried to intimidate me by saying that we won’t offer refunds and you can do anything you want.
But until they consented, I waited in their office.
Now they have taken 300 Dhs out of my money for the error they made.
Woww!!!
They eventually stopped returning my calls.
And they’ll offer you a date that’s two months in the future, but they didn’t pay me money on that day.
I had previously left a review on their Google account, so they contacted and threatened to stop paying me if I didn’t take it off.
When I was surrounded, I deleted the review.
They then provided a new date that was one month away.
Once more, they refused to give me money.
After a week, they phoned me to come for collection all the way from Abu Dhabi to Sharjah after saying they would put the money in my account.
They gave me 10 days forward cheque.
Finally i got the money after more than 3.5 months
