When we checked and discovered this clause, we paid AED 5200 and purchased a vacation package from Royalpalm Holidays. Later, when we checked and discovered this clause, I emailed them to ask to cancel the package. They responded after several phone calls and follow-up emails, saying that the package can be cancelled on three occasions (following 3 options are copied from their email reply)
1) If RPH fails to perform the services in accordance with the contract
2) Member is unable to travel because of health concerns ( Need to submit certificate from authorised medical centre )

We visited their office in Sharjah along with visa cancellation paper and met Mrs Khan, she refused to pay back the money as they agreed in their email,
Such a cheap fraud company is ROYAL
