ROYAL PALM HOLIDAYS offers incredibly poor customer service.

In August 2022, we choose a package from them, and whenever we inquire about options inside the package, nothing is available, and they offer cheaper alternatives.

Just send a mail or give a call during the payment period, they advise, and you will receive a booking within 7 working days.

Following payment, 15 working days begin.
Unresponsible men; when we requested a callback, nothing occurred, and they continued to make unrelated excuses.

They owe you a refund, but nothing has been done about it so far.

If someone wants a good package with good service, they should look elsewhere. Avoid falling into these guys’ traps.
