They have caused me a great deal of suffering as a result of the packages I purchased from them for 10,000AE.
This time, when I asked them to make hotel reservations for me, they did so, but now they want me to pay the tax.
They claim the total cost to book the hotel is 3000aed, but I double-checked and it is actually 216SAR per day. I only want to stay for four days. 216 × 4= 854
They demand that I pay tax number 594. I made the 700AE hotel reservation on my own.
The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional, and they keep lying to me. I ask them to book this before three months.
