As a Royal Palm Vacations customer, I’m writing this evaluation.
Please don’t sign up for any of their prepayment offers for resort reservations.
Is it still necessary for me to offer one star?
If you’re wondering why they continue to receive higher ratings, it’s because they force individuals to remove them and attribute it to one of their employees’ performance.
They made good on their promise to enhance their service, but they actually erred.
They requested that their business be unaffected.
Nevertheless, it’s a SCAM!
Please take this as a caution that they are con artists.
By scamming, I mean: 1. They trick you into agreeing to ten nights on any date in a four-star hotel with breakfast included and occasionally halfboard anyplace in the United Arab Emirates.
In fact, 1. They want us to choose hotels instead of their three or four ordinary resorts, which are similarly subpar.
2. They only provide in RAK, Ajman, Fujeriah, and after a fierce struggle, I was able to obtain one in Sharjah.
3. They’ll never give you the dates you request, and even if you make plans for the date they give, they might still reject your request without even letting you know.
4. Despite what they promised us while promoting the scheme, they will never issue a refund.
5. We should send at least nine reminders for reservations as well.
In conclusion, they are a fraud; do not fall for it.
