They are dishonest. You will eventually miss the travel dates you had booked because they never return calls after the contract has expired or promptly respond to emails.
The least professional people are Suraj Kumar and Naresh Giri, who never pick up or return calls.
When you submit them requests after signing the contract, they will only respond with 2* or 3* properties, which are not suitable for housing a family. They will guarantee 4* and 5* hotels at the time of contracting.

There are more better solutions on the market, thus I strongly advise against using their services.
There is no choice for a zero star since otherwise they would have deserved it.
