Extremely dishonest tour operators will deceive you into thinking the package is a good deal and that, in addition to learning about their Khaleej Times award and other things, you will receive EMI options and have your EMI refunded.
If you buy the package, their call center will only make things worse, so don’t believe the salesperson when they say the advertisement is real or that it was paid for.
If you have a reservation, you will need to follow up with them 100 times before they will respond or do anything.
Their relationship manager, Ms. Khan, is especially unreliable, and their call center is the least likely to look up your inquiries and bookings. Never pay attention to her.
Get the full refund as soon as possible if within 7 days they torture you throughout the service you receive.
When I decided to accept the package, I essentially made the worst decision of my life, and as a result, I am now experiencing pain.
