Order was placed for 1 kg cashew nuts and payment was made through bank. We then received confirmation of payment through my email stating payment ID _IF2FdvIF44UgOq
Sorry to say the Order was placed on 29th October and no information or delivery till date. The bank receiving the payment says it is not responsible for any deliveries etc concerning the company Royaliss and that one should address grievances to Royaliss Surat. Kindly look into this matter and stop such fraudulent transactions. Hope this issue will be resolved ASAP Thank you.
