i had placed an order to buy Knee Belts From A S P Tradelink Pvt link vide order no 2-2080815 on 3rd Jan,2016 for Rs 1990 which was supplied by the company through his representative on 5th Jan,2016,Since the bill amount in the bill was mentioned in numerical as 1989.00 but in words it was mentioned as Rs Two Thousands Two hundred eighty nine..The Deliveryman did not accept Rs 1989 but demanded Rs 2289 as written in words at the end of bill. I immediately talked to customer care for refund,They confirmed registration of my complaint through sms & gave complaint no 390194,& second no 393040 on 8th Jan.On 6th Jan,2016 the Anand India customer care sent a mail that they will refund by way of recharge of mobile by Rs 300/- but they have neither refunded the amount nor recharged the mobile so far despite my repeated mails.to care@anandindia,in
