I have sent 3 bags from safexpress . Which they promised to sent within 7 days. The bags where to be sent from ranchi to raxaul. Bags where sent on 22nd may,2014. And on 15th June they delivered me only two bags and started misbehaving with me . The person incharge over here is mr. Ashok . And after talking to there regional head in Patna he also did not take matter seriously. Till date I haven’t received my bag from safexpress .
