I have booked consignment no 50836971 on 18 Jun 17 from Udhampur to Faizabad and being told that item Will be delivered within 7 days but when I enquired to customer care 1800113113 they told that arrived at Lucknow on 22 Jun 17. Till then I am calling customer care regularly but they daily telling today it will reach by till now not recieved and their sites sowing something else.
Please do the needful
