I have booked a package of Videography and photography of my marriage in Rs 30000 in 2015 march. 19th may was my marriage date and till date the lab has not provided my marriage videos. After taking so many followups since my marrige .
I have paid more than 65% of amount (21000). After multiple followups with them they are saying they dont have videos of my marrige, they have lost it.
My once in a life moments were captured in those videos, which are very important to me and my familiy.
After multiple followups its really frustrating me and i want to log a case against them (sagaun color lab).
Kindly do the needful to log a case against them.
