Mr. Senthil Nathan here.On November 3, 2022, C, Bill No. 619, registered with Sai consultancy for a job in Singapore as a CAD Designer at SC Auto industries by paying them a total of 1, 01000 INR (One Lakh and One Thousand Indian Rupees).
When I first spoke with the Sai team, they were telling me something completely unrelated to what actually took place.
They claimed that I could obtain my Singapore Visa IPA Number in as little as 45 days, but after waiting nearly 7 months, the Singapore company has still not even requested it.
Every month, these people simply provided the same update and put off the time when we were anticipating a positive response from them.
I became frustrated and decided to end the hiring process in March 2023 itself, but they persuaded me to wait another two months for one last opportunity, which is until May 23rd.
They even informed me that the HR department of the Singaporean company has no plans to permit me to halt the hiring process.
When May 23rd arrived, they simply repeated what they had said before, which left me feeling as though my belief in Sai-style consulting was entirely my fault. I have since come to understand this.
It makes no sense to approach a local consultancy after 12 years of experience.
Finally, on May 24th, 2023, I terminated the hiring process and asked consultancy for a refund.
When I registered, I was told that if the consultancy didn’t give me a job within the allotted time, I could get a full refund within a week or two, but they haven’t yet given me a specific date.
I really need some cash. Help me as soon as possible to get my money back from Sai consultancy.
