Using Sai Education and Job Consulting, I applied for a job in Singapore. They come to an agreement for me to give them 10,000 rupiah in November 2023.
As per the agreement, they must provide a work visa by the end of March, or they will refund my money at the latest.
They don’t send me offer letters or interviews. Therefore, I requested a refund in March.
They promise to return your money in full, with no deductions, within two weeks. However, each time they give me a different date and the same excuse—”we will finish as soon as possible”—and refuse to give me my money.
I’ve been waiting on my money for seven months. They withhold my money for inappropriate reasons.

Due to some internal circumstances, we couldn’t complete the job process in the committed span period.
We have informed the status and you had continued the job process. After prolonging the days lack of patience, as per terms and conditions you have applied the cancellation and refund amount. We have considered your case and followed the payment with the concern party. You have applied for the third-party job process. So, the cancellation process got delayed.
We have a pure intention to return your processing charges. Please respect our intention, If, we couldn’t provide the job at least we will refund the payment to the candidates.
We have refunded your processing charges fully.
We are providing job placements and maintain the proper records for all. But some cases get delay (or) couldn’t provide the job placements
In our Sai Groups of Organization SGO – started from 2010 onwards, Upon the receipt of your reviews and concerns, we are not the Consultants people who have indulged in these type business strategies and spoofing the clients valuable Money and their time limits.
