I have purchased a U S polo t-shirt from jabong.com. During the first wash blue colour came out from us polo logo & spread on the same t shirt. I placed the order on 13th jan, 2018 & my order id no. is [protected] which i got the delivery on 17th jan, 2018. Invoice has been misplaced by me. And on 09.02.2018, I call at the Jabong.com customer call centre & told them about the U S PoloT Shirt, they denied & told me that there is no guarantee on T Shirt on U S Polo. I Purchase this T-shirt for Rs.1029.00 which is not a small amount & in one wash the colour spread on the T Shirt then how can we bear. Kindly look seriously in this matter & take all the necessary action against them.
