I ordered a Redmi Note 5 Pro a month ago, but instead of the phone, I got a wood block.
I contacted Flipkart several times regarding my refund, and after a month of waiting, they locked my account and refused to issue a refund.
I am very upset about this and humbly ask that you take strong legal action against them and reimburse me for my prepaid amount of Rs. 15000/-.
