complaint for unauthorized multi story builder floor & change in property details to register the property

Unauthorized construction of multi story builder flor is going on at ” block – i, plot no.2 rajapuri, gali no.31, uttam nagar, new delhi – 110059, ward 51s (Najafgarh zone),
The owner not appear the exact address in registry bcoz of the registry is not open for the same genuine address it’s a cheating with govt. Departments, it all may be the reason of many peoples death in future as not proper way to construct, kindly seal the property & demolish this illegal structure.
