I have paid 1500 Online for fastag through this website and got immediate acknowledgement stating some representative will call. But post that, there is communication whatsoever. No one is picking the customer care number provided in the website. There is no way to track the progress and not even sure whether this is some fraud website.
Only way to track is to reply to the email which I got for the first time acknowledgement and now even after multiple reminders to that email ID, no one is turning up.
