Dear Sir,
I have purchase one Mobile handset Shopclues “iVooMi Me1+ (5″ HD IPS, 2GB, 16GB, 4G VoLTE” Cash on delivery by paying Rs 5029., Vide Order ID:117021491 received on 29th May 2017. At the time of receive the handset was not working. After repeated contact with Shopclues customer care They have taken back the mobile handset.vide Return ID:4205307. Now they are not refund my money back. They are giving the handset after repair. It is a degraded handset.

Kindly help me get the refund back.
