i bought a HUL pureit 14 litre water purifier from a shopclues.com,order id:111087794, when i received a product their is a crack on the water purifier where the water is leaking and after lodging a complaint from last 20 days for 5 times they used to forward me a computerised mail and which clearly stated no replacement or refund. I request them to replace the product to me for more than 5 times and their customer executive use to not answer they always told me to wait for it,i also provide them the proof in form of pictures then also they forwarded me a computerised mail. So i request you to take a strict option against them.
