I had booked a cookware sets online from Shopclues on ready cash through net banking basis on the 5th JAN 2017, as per the website the item was dispatched on 6rd JAN 2017 through Book my Packet. Till date there has been no delivery, i’ve mailed and also have contacted the customer care of SHOP CLUES every time i ‘m told it will be delivered the next day. They are also not telling me the courier company’s name through which it has been sent, the Book my Packet website has no contact numbers where i can follow up with them as they are not reverting to the email’s i’ve sent.
