My product ID is 110542165, which is Tata sky set top box ,made order to shopclue online shopping on 22/02/2017. After one month’s wait product is still not delivered. And I have made complaint many time to customer care but still no result. Every time they told me that we are investigating it their courier partner.i have made complaint on 27/02, 29/02, then 09, 17, 19, 24 and 29 of March but still no work done on my querie.please help to resolve the issue.
