I have ordered (40912#) the Philips trimmer and payment also done.

But now I can see this order status as cancelled, not sure why it shows as cancelled and I already done payment also.
As status is cancelled but amount (1799/-) of ordered item is not reverted.

I sent various mail to shopdealclue.com but no one is responding on the same. Its really frustrating experience.
