Dear PRAVEEN CHAUDHARI

I booked a Xiaomi Redmi note 3 phone from site shopeits.com at a discounted price of Rs 7999 on 20th de cember 2016. It was informed to me that phone shall be delivered to me within 07 days. however instead of a phone i was delivered a damaged speaker box. I talked to customer care but they are giving no response . Kindly help. I paid the amount through debit card in advance through Payu money and the message I received from site after booking is as under
