Respected sir please try to short out my issue I have placed order through shopiwo.com on 4 March they have committed to delivery on 9 March but till now I have not received I got communicated later they are trying to deliver the products through local merchent but failed
their contact number is not reachable from 8th of morning they are not giving reply of my mail

after lots of time trying to communicate them there was no response finally I have cancelled the order but I am not assured that money will be refunded or not

I have same problem, I ordered Lenovo vibe k4 note mobile in Shopiwo.com on 5th March 2016 but unfortunately they cancel the order on 14th March 2016 and they are agree to refund my money within 3 to 10 days. But till this day they have not refund my money and not responding my mails, calls. I have customer executive manager’s number 9647167558 which is always in switch off. Other than this number there is no land line and toll free number not working sir. As per refund policy, they failed to refund within 21 days. In the meantime still the website is taking online order with the help of EBS. Please do something and get my money back please.
