I HAVE BOOKED A MOBILE PHONE ASUS ZENFONE MAX FROM
ONLINE SHOPPING BY SHOPIWO .COM AMOUNTING RS. 8999/- ON
4th MARCH 2016 BY MY CREDIT CARD).THEY SUPPOSED TO GIVE
THE DELIVERY ON 9TH BUT I DIDNT RECEIVE MY ORDER TILL
DATE.AFTER SEVERAL TIME OF CONTACTING WITH TOOL
FREE,LEAVING MSG ON WEBSITE AND AFTER MAIL SENT THERE
WAS NO REPLY.I HAVE CANCEL MY ORDER ON 11TH MARCH AND
ON 14TH OF MARCH I GOT A MSG FROM THEM THAT MY AMOUNT
WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN 2-3DAYS BUT THAT TOO I STILL DIDNT
GETIT.
THEY HAVE GIVEN ME AN ORDER ID NO. 202369 & TOLL FREE NUMBER 1800 270 1350.BUT NUMBER IS NOT IN WORKING FROM 8TH OF MARCH NO WAY OF CONTACTING THEM.
PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER & GUIDE/HELP ME HOW TO GET REFUND .
