Am M Shailaja I had Ordered a Saree in www.shopkio.com on 03-10-2017 order number SS150703247481 and my cc avenue payment reference number is 106284423431 by paid a sum of Rs.734 by using my credit card and I had received a damaged & even a wrong product. I had contacted them for return or exchange many times by the contact details which they had provided on the website but of no use they are not responding for phone and also for mails. So once go through case and resolve it as early as possible.
