Dear Team,

i placed order for Samsung A9 PRO ON 8TH jUNE From shop monk website. After following up for 20 days came to know they don’t have product avaialble with them . I asked them to refund my amount of Rs 24,800 ON 27th June. Request was already taken for the same . Till now has not recieved Refund. Order no 100022898.

They informed refund will be processed by 17th July today , but yet no response from helpline number.
