1.A wrong flat was given to us,
initally when we booked the flat, we were shown the flat next to the one which is now alloted.
2. Delay in completing the project
The project is delayed by more than a year,
3. Heavy penalty of 5.90lakhs
The shriram surabhi builders have imposed a heavy penalty of 5.90 lakhs in the form of interest. This was not explained to us. We are un able to pay this heavy amount. And we were ready to give up the flat
4. After the flat was registered in our name, they are not handing over the possession certificate and the keys to the flat
