I too paid Rs 138 on 8th July 2022, for buying a cloth drying stand and got an email mentioning that we have received amount. But till 25th July, 2022, I haven’t received it and I am unable to track parcel. Finally I got their customer care number from net and contacted them. But I was asked to pay Rs 10 as delivery charges from the same debit card. I think it’s a fruad. They were trying to hack my personal data through their app. But I did not entertain and blocked their number.
I had made prepaid order worth ₹ 138.00 to M/S Vaibhav kumar Babubhai Sidhdhapara on 09July 2022 for a portable electric grass cutting tool but so far no confirmation regarding despatch/delivery has been received till today 23July 2022. I think the company is a fraudster.
How to get back my prepaid amount of ₹ 138.00
