My name is Naviya R. I am pursuing my BBA from Bharadiyar University affiliated college in Tamil Nadu.
On December 31st I had enrolled for a PG-DA DS course from Skill Lync for an amount of Rs.1,20,000.
One of the salespeople from SKILL-LYNC contacted me in the month of December and somehow convinced me to take up a course from them saying it’s free of cost though I am not interested in taking it up.
She paid Rs.5000 as registration fee on behalf of me and I was informed about a 22- months Emi of Rs.5,545 on which the salesperson will pay the first three months EMI from her side and later cancel the loan with her influence.
They asked me to submit my uncle’s relevant documents as the loan was taken in my uncle’s name.
It was regularly paid by her on time. But unfortunately, I have lost my uncle who met with an accident a few days back.
My family and I left with no choice rather than cancelling the course as the source of income was only from my uncle.
I tried to request that Preethi (the salesperson who guided me in the registration process ) had already left the organization for some reasons. She is no longer responding to my calls and messages.
Note : Terms and conditions of Skill Lync where the policy is like : All course purchases are NON- REFUNDABLE on any type of payments viz., pre-book, installments or full payments.
It would be a humble request on behalf of my family to the SKILL LYNC and Eduvanz team to cancel the program as I am no longer interested in continuing it due to the strong financial crisis . My mother and my sister have to look out for jobs to run the family in this situation. In such cases, I don’t want to trouble them with paying my loan for further months.
Kindly help me in getting this process done smoothly as this is my urgency.
