I’ve booked a flight from dubai to batumi wit fly dubai via flight network from your website. Fly dubai sent me an email stating that the payment used by flight network was declined so they refunded them.
The flight network didn’t send me any email and no refund. So when i called them twice they keep telling me that they will send me an email with what happend. Still i didn’t receive anything from them. No email and no refund knowing that fly dubai has already sent them their refund. I believe this is unacceptable and unprofessional. I’ve booked before via skyscanner and i didn’t encounter such an experience. I’m extremely disappointed
