I paid 199 via online payment for 10 trial products on April 11, 2023 at 4:26 p.m. It indicated that my product would be delivered until April 16, 2023, but after two days it started showing a delay in delivery. They then claimed that I had requested a cancellation, but they have a policy to verify cancellation by otp, which they had not done and I disagree with because no one had shown up at my address after 2-3 times. Currently requesting a refund Delhivery’s partner claimed that we are unsure of the answer to your question, and Smytten asserted that we do not refund delivery fees.
