Dear sir ,
Bought ac of Voltas from sñap deal online and the product is damaged.it was installed on 9 Aug 2015 and till today there is no resolution of problem .evey time I call and some customer care person pick ups call and says that ur problem will be resolved within 58 hours .but till days nothing is been resolved . I had paid the total amount of 25000 for the ac and the product is damaged .
Pls help us to solve this issue.
