SnapDeal – EMI deduction after full payment

I ordered Dell Inspiron 15 3541 laptop from snapdeal on 5th June 2015 Invoice Number S60E38/15-16/5317, Order ID: 6626510523. I chose to order by EMI for 12 months but full payment was deducted
at that moment, and the product was delivered. Now i am getting notice from my bank (ICICI) that from the past 3 months EMI are also being deducted from my account despite full payment. I request you to look into the matter immediately and refund the EMI without delay. Please let me know the action taken by you and oblige.
